Forgia app terms

Simple rules for using the Forgia app. Here “I” means Yousef Taha Hassan, who makes Forgia.

What it is

Forgia creates personal apps for your phone from a description, with the help of an AI.

The service is offered by Yousef Taha Hassan, Via del Pratello 103, 40122 Bologna. Forgia is in beta: features, prices and limits may change.

Who can use it

People aged 18 or over.

An AI writes the apps

Every app is written by an AI and may contain mistakes, including in calculations. Check the results before you rely on them.

Don’t use the apps you create for decisions about health, safety, money or work without checking independently.

What you can’t create

Forgia refuses, and I may remove: gambling, adult content, apps to monitor or spy on other people, collecting other people’s data, scams, weapons, drugs, and anything that breaks the law or other people’s rights.

If you find an app that isn’t right, report it from the app itself.

Your apps

The apps you create are for your personal use. What you write in descriptions and apps is your responsibility.

The code of Forgia and its components stays mine; I give you permission to use it inside your apps.

Sparks

Sparks are used to create and change apps. They are not money, they can’t be refunded and they can’t be transferred.

A creation or change that doesn’t work out costs no sparks. During the beta, amounts and prices may change.

Live data

Weather, prices, exchange rates and other live data come from outside sources. They may be late, incomplete or wrong, and a source may stop working.

The service

I do my best to keep Forgia working, but I can’t guarantee it is always available or free of errors.

I may limit or close access for anyone who uses Forgia for abuse or forbidden content.

I’m not liable for indirect damage from using the apps you create, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded, such as wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Privacy

How I handle your data is in the app privacy notice.

Governing law

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, you can go to the court where you live and you keep the protections your country’s law gives you.
